Here are a few of our frequently asked questions.

Why don't you include menus and pricing for your catering packages on your website?

We have such an extensive culinary repertoire, and are able to customize all menus to suit a range of international tastes, as well as incorporating any ideas that you may have for your special event. We prefer to conduct an initial consultation with you to discuss your ideas and budget (if you have one), before sending through a detailed proposal with a suggested menu package. We are renowned for taking the time to get to know our clients personally, and listen carefully to their vision before sending our suggestions. If you are completely open to suggestions, we can also give you a helpful starting point!

When should I receive a quote, and what does it include?

Once we have reached out to find a little more about your proposed event, we will create a custom proposal for you, based on our initial consultation. You should expect a proposal from us within 7 days after our consultation, and this will include the following: suggested menu, estimated price per person (excluding sales tax and gratuity), and additional services that we may also be providing for you. If you are happy with your proposal, it will then be sent as a contract to secure your booking.

What type of catering service(s) do you provide?

We are a full service caterer, so can provide anything from a simple office or home delivery service, to a full service experience. All of our prices are quoted per person.

Delivery; includes delivery to your desired location. We only use DINE staff for delivery, no third party suppliers. Our driver will happily set your food delivery in the area that you wish.

Delivery and Setup; for an additional fee, our drivers will bring linens and decor and set up your catering menu as an eye-catching display. All equipment required for your event will be provided. Our staff will then return at an agreed time to break down and collect all equipment.

Full service; Our full service menus include delivery, setup, service staff, table linens for buffet tables, buffet table decor, chinaware and silverware, and a linen napkin. We have an extensive choice of linens, chinaware, napkins and decor, so we can discuss your vision and accommodate any special requests for display ware if required.

Not included in your quoted price per person is sales tax and suggested 15% gratuity for our staff members.

Do you offer menus that accommodate dietary restrictions?

Of course! We can offer a range of dietary restricted items, from gluten-free, vegan friendly, kosher, halal, keto and much more! We take the time and effort to include all guests that we serve, regardless of any restrictions they may have. All we need is a list of any restrictions within plenty of time to accommodate their meal preparation.

Do you offer tastings?

Yes, we do! Dependent on the number of guests you are expecting, and the timeframe, we will always aim to accommodate a tasting for you. Please be aware that weekend tastings are very limited as we are busy with event production, and there may be an additional charge required for your tasting. Tastings are also only offered once an initial consultation and proposal has been sent for your review, and we will allow for you to try a range of options selected from our tasting form we send to you online.

6.

Do you provide additional services?

We find that many of our clients like to use our additional services in order to make their event planning and preparation as smooth as possible. We can provide a range of services from bartending, linen rental, table and chair hire, and floral and decor also. All of our additional services will be sent through to you with a pricing structure in your proposal.
