I wish I were a poet, so I could find the best words to express how lucky we are to have Dine Catering & Events in North Houston. I have attended several functions catered by Mark Holden: wedding reception, morning-after brunch, luncheon, anniversary dinner - everything was beautifully presented and TASTY. Last night I hosted a gourmet dinner for 8 in my home, which I had auctioned for a fundraiser. Oh my! It was an epicurean adventure, an evening to remember. Mark and his wife/helpmate Louise served and cleaned. They are both professional and personable. It is easy to picture Mark chatting with Princes William and Harry when they visited the Queen's kitchen. I strongly recommend D C & E, without reservation.

Mark created a custom "food truck fare" menu for us as stations...Carribean Station w/Jerk Chicken, Fish Tacos, Black Beans and Cilantro Rice, Fried Plantations - Italian Station with Assorted Flatbread Pizzas, Pasta and Salad, and a Slider Station with a Dress Your Own Baked Potato. Our FREE tasting was off the chain. The day before our wedding Louise came out and dressed 25 tables - perfectly positioned. We would highly recommend them for any event. The attentive catering staff was amazing. We had 200 happy guests. It was the fairytale. Thank you Dine Catering and Events for making our special day so amazing. XO Suzette & Christy

As a wedding coordinator, DINE is whom I recommend every time. Delicious food. Creative menus that work with your budget (that don’t necessarily include BBQ). And the husband and wife team are simply lovely!

I loved the fact that the CHEF actually comes out and helps serve the food. This provides a connection to the food that a simple server would not have. We had a company Christmas party at Painting with a Twist and he took into consideration that we'd only have one hand and time for quick bites. I have no idea what his full plates taste like, but if they are anything like the appetizers and small bites we have they're sure to be fantastic!!! I would use them again a thousand times over!
