DINE Catering & Events was founded in Houston in 2014 and has catered to a wide audience to date, including:

 

 

 

 

 

DINE offers a diverse and flavorsome menu selection, with quality produce and customer satisfaction being our primary focus. 

 

Mark and Louise are originally from the United Kingdom, and moved to Houston in 2011 after over 30 years combined experience in the corporate fine dining hospitality and events industry, both in the UK and beyond.

 

Places of work include; London, Manchester, Paris, Abu Dhabi, and Switzerland. Mark spent his early years training in the Lake District Hotels, and has worked with some of the finest chefs in the industry, including Albert and Michel Roux. He later moved to Southern England where he managed a number of prestigious venues, including Wembley Stadium, Goodwood Racecourse, Silverstone, and the Royal Hospitality Box at racecourses around the country. Mark has also appeared on TV for Eurodiet and KPRC2 News.

 

 

We also specialize in private dinner parties, cocktail parties and both large and intimate weddings, and are am exclusive partner to David's Bridal.

 DINE Catering & Events offers a diverse range of Hors D’oeuvres items. Why not entertain your guest with a variety of different cuisines, all in one serving? Mini Chicken Fajitas

Tender chicken filet,lightly spices with mixed peppers and onions. Topped with sour cream, and served on our signature lime wedge

Oven-roasted, with a fresh rosemary and mint crust

Tender beef filet, rolled in a puff pastry and topped with a mushroom duxelle

Tortilla spoons topped with a chicken, apple and horseradish pate

Diced chicken breast lightly covered in a caesar dressing, and wrapped in romaine lettuce
